I am a live music and fine art photographer in Atlanta. Photography became an essential part of my life roughly twenty years ago and has grown into an invaluable source of enthusiasm and happiness. I cannot imagine life without a camera in my hands.
The thriving Atlanta photography scene energizes and and inspires me. Community learning and photography groups solidified my foundation, and I have exhibited and sold my work in several juried exhibits. I enjoy participating in Atlanta Celebrates Photography and have been active in Women in Focus.
It has been gratifying to blend my love of music and photography in recent years by regularly shooting concerts and building relationships with local musicians. Capturing seemingly fleeting energy exchanges between artist and audience is a process I feel honored to both witness and actively participate in. The local music scene is close to my heart, and I am excited about my journey as band photographer for Last Chance Riders, The Bitteroots, Lynx Deluxe and Jessie Albright. I am also grateful to work for Amplify My Community as official photographer of the Amplify Decatur Music Festival.
